Winter is quilting time!

To all you quilting addicts out there, what better way to spend the winter time than indoors quilting! Now is the time to finish of some projects or start a new one.

We have been busy instore, new fabrics arriving weekly and term three classes starting soon.

I have just designed a gorgeous new quilt called Coffee & Cream. It is a machine appliqued Baltimore style quilt in stunning latte fabrics but would look good in any colourway.

I am also hooked on "Playing with Papers" by Sue Daly, no more horrible tacking, learn paper piecing the easy way. I have found my William Morris stash & am using that for this project.

Click on Classes & have a look at what is coming up.

Our annual retreat is on in 4 weeks & all the girls can't wait to get away for 3 nights to sew, sew, sew!
And of course great food, wine and company, we always have fun with lots of show & tell to inspire us all.

Happy Stitching

CRAFT & QUILT FAIR

On the road (actually plane - it's quicker) to Perth for the Annual Craft & Quilt Fair.

The fair is on for 5 days but we are staying for 7 for a bit of a break with my friend Lucy & also

sharing an apartment with the girls from Craft De Eyre at Ceduna.

It will be very busy and lots of fun.

I am presenting a workshop with Thangles & introducing the W.A. quilters to the

Thangles Mystery blocks & how to use thangles everytime you need a HST.

Email me at - Linda@thepatchworkcow.com.au if you wish to order or register for the

Thangles Mystery blocks.

I will add a page on Thangles after I come back for more info, check in later.

Laura is in charge at the store so pop in & see her for any help or bits & pieces.

3rd Term class schedule out soon.

Cheers & happy stitching

Linda
